I was pretty busy earlier this week and just could not find time to make my 2S4U card. Finally today, I had some free time to create and wouldn't you know it - I was mojo-less! I couldn't make a cute card to save my life. This is the one that I ended up disliking the least (believe me there were some real stinkers). I don't hate it, I just don't love it. I ended up using the colors from this weeks K Werner Color Inspiration. They were such fun, funky colors I really wanted to create something fabulous with them, but no. Oh well, can't love 'em all.
Supplies: CS: Bazzill, PP: Amy Butler by K&Co., Thickers, Fabric Brad: K&Co., Embossing Plate: Fiskars, Other: Polka dot ribbon, Glitter, Ink, b-day stamp. Die cuts made with the Pazzles
Thanks,
Heidi

Heidi, there's nothing 'mediocre' about your card at all, it's gorgeous! I especially love the 'flourish' and the colours look great!
Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog and I hope you get your 'mojo' back soon (although it doesn't look to me as though you've lost it anyway!).

I think this turned out great Heidi! I understand though how you feel as I am the same way, I am way to critical of my cards also, I have alot I make that get put in "the bin" that are collecting cobwebs! Your cards and projects are absolutely beautiful and I love to visit your blog!
I think this is very pretty! It's not mediocre at all! It's lovely!

Well I think this card is GREAT, not at all 'mediocre'! I do however feel for you with the whole 'mojoless' thing.... hate when that happens (and it happens a LOT!) Your comment on my blog today (about your vision of me making 10 minute cards) totally made me laugh... would you believe that I don't think I have ever made a card in ten minutes?! Pathetic, I know... simple designs, and it stilllll takes me forever! I'm probably one of the world's slowest cardmakers!
Happy Halloween Heidi!!

Heidi this is cute - simple and elegant is so in vogue and NOT mediocre...your work is amazing so sit back and enjoy the compliments :)
Heidi, why do you call this mediocre???? It's fantastic as all your cards are!!!
Well, Heidi, I understand about not feeling great about your own card design, but the good news is that no matter what you think about it, the rest of us totally dig your card - great job!!
