I really wanted to play with the yellow and gray color challenge at Moxie Fab World. It's a combo I never would have thought of, but the results I had seen were so striking! I just barely eeked this baby out in time last night!
This card was totally inspired by a pair of felt baby shoes I found on ETSY. To get the look right, I broke out the sewing machine and some yellow felt and did some serious stitching! The Shoes were actually lined with black and white damask, and I had black and white Damask paper, but I really wanted a true gray. So, I ran the paper through my Xyron putting the adhesive on the pattern side. Then I sprinkled white flocking over the whole thing, which not only made it nice and fuzzy, but also lightened the black to gray!

Supplies: DP: Keiser, Flocking: Fun Flock by Stampendous, Clear Stamps: Inkadoo, Other: Craft Felt, Button thread (it's nice and thick), Button from stash.
Thanks everyone for visiting!

This card is gorgeous Heidi! Glad to read you are feeling better and back to creating. Is that a felt at the bottom that you made a ruffle with? It's so unique! Also thanks for sharing the TRB sale. Will go check it out. ♥
I just love this Heidi! The flocking on the grey paper is amazing, as is the felt ruffle! Awesome card!
