So here is the final card I made for the Moxie Fab World Christmas challenges. This time I attempted the Vintage Shabby Chic look. Now If you know me at all you know this is not really my style...AT ALL! I am, however, a great admirer of this look. I love the vintagey papers and envy those talented ladies who pull off the look so well. So when I saw these gorgeous papers from Graphic 45 last weekend, I though I'd give this one a shot!
Supplies: DP: Graphic 45, Glitters: Martha Stewart, Scalloped Scissors: Fiskars, Chipboard Frame: K&Co., Snowflakes: Found objectsWhadda ya think? Gorgeous papers right?
I fussy cut the angel panel from one of the papers, it's hard to tell in the pic, but it's raised on foam tape. The snowflake tucked behind are off and old Christmas decoration. I painted them gold and then added chunky white glitter. There is also a gold glittery chipboard frame back there, glitter is so hard to photograph! Another thing that didn't show up well in the pic is the torn tulle that is coming out from under those stitched scallops.
Whew that was a lot for one day! If you are at all interested check out my two previous posts from today where I explore clean and graphic and fun and cute styles!
Have a great day!
Heidi
