Drink it in

I have been OBSESSED with paper drinking straws lately. I keep seeing them everywhere. Etsy, Pinterest, and tons of different party planning sites have all been featuring these retro beverage accessories. So I decided to order some. I didn't have any particular idea as to what I was going to do with them when they came, I just wanted to see if they were as cute in person as they were on the screen...and they were.

They were so cute in fact that I couldn't bear to use them for what they were intended for. Even when my kids begged to please use the pretty new straws in their sodas I could not do it. So if not to drink with then what?

Weeell, they're made of paper riiiiight? You see where I'm going with this don't you? :)
