Hi all! Sorry for the lack of anything too exciting here on the old blog this week. CHA had me too pooped to post!
I wish I could say I took tons of pictures, but I was so in awe of everything I kept forgetting to break out my camera. Oh well, I guess that just means I'll have to go again next year ;)
Instead of CHA pics how about a Paper Smooches share?
I used the "Good Gab" set to create this card and found the perfect way to use up some cute little wooden spools I had been hanging onto.
Supplies:
Cardstock: (kraft, white) The Paper Co., Patterned Paper: Cosmo Cricket, Stamps: ("Good Gab" set) Paper Smooches, Ink: (black) Memento, Markers: Copic, Bakers twine: Paper Smooches, Die: Spellbinders, Corner Rounder: We R Memory Keepers
Size: 4.25x5.5"
This was super easy to make, I stamped the images/sentiments, cut into strips that would fit the center part of the spool and then wrapped the leading edge around the spool and adhered it. To add them to the card I threaded them onto some baker's twine and secured them with a glue dot. Super easy.
I'll be back next week with some of the cards I created for CHA (at least I took pics of those before they got sent out)
Have a great weekend everyone!
♥Heidi
