Today I have a quick little sneak peek of a June release from Paper Smooches. The set is called "Green Acres" and of course, it is sooooo cute!
Supplies:
Cardstock: (white) Georgia-Pacific, (lt aqua, dk aqua) Bazzill, Patterned Paper: (Double Dot) BoBunny, Stamps: (hen, chick, sentiment from "Green Acres" set) Paper Smooches, Ink: (black) Versacolor, Chicken Wire mask: The Crafter's Workshop, Twine: My Minds Eye, Button: October Afternoon, Embossing Machine: (Grand Calibur® Machine) Spellbinders™ Paper Arts, Pinking Shears: Fiskars, Gingham fabric from stash
Size: 4.25"x5.5"Chickens! I love chickens, we had some when I was a kid growing up, I even had a rooster named Butterscotch that would follow me around like a dog :) These chickens are unbearably cute, I mean, c'mon, look at hat fat little hen and her sweet chick!
I've been rather obsessed with chicken wire lately too, and I though this was the perfect opportunity to bust out a chicken wire mask I purchased a while back. Instead of using it like a mask though, I decided to see what would happen if I ran it through my Grand Calibur® with the embossing plate and pad. It's subtle, but I still love the embossed chicken wire background it created!
OK, that's it from me today, be sure to check out the Paper Smooches blog for more sneak peeks all week!
Have a fantastic Day!
