I created today's card with the uber fun "Teen Routine" set

Supplies:
Cardstock: (white) Georgia-Pacific, Patterned Paper: (Dots & Stripes) Echo Park, Stamps: (Controller, "hey" from "Teen Routine"), ("let's play" from Chubby Chums) Paper Smooches, Ink: (black) Memento, Markers" Copic, Paper glaze: Glossy Accents, Tools: (corner rounder) We R Memory Keepers, Fibers: cotton twine
Size: 5.5" x4.25"

Funny story. My middle son, who is 7, happened upon this card sitting on my desk. He says "Cool card mom, but what are those black things?" "Black things?" I ask. "Yeah" he says "what are those things coming out of the controllers?" !!! Feeling rather old and out dated I explained to him that back in MY day controllers had cords. Man, did we have it rough or WHAT?! lololol

I used the controllers from "Teen Routine" and added glossy accents to the buttons and then (they may not be current, but I still like the way they look on the card) cords made from cotton twine. The "hey" sentiment is also from this set and I paired it with "let's play" from "Chubby Chums".

That's it from me today, next up is our brand new team member, the amazing Kalyn Kepner!

Have fun and good luck!
Heidi

Oh, SO funny! You sound like you come from my age group. I remember the cords, too. I mean how in the world could we make anything move on the screen if it is not connected to a cord? It would not work. :) I love your card - cord and all.
